Sharon Yvonne Stone was born on March 10, 1958, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, to accountant Dorothy Lawson and tool and die maker also a former worker at a factory Joseph William Stone II. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her 3 siblings. Stone has a talent in school as an infant, started her second-grade education at age five. She earned a high school diploma at Saegertown in Saegertown situated in Pennsylvania in 1975. The Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw her take home Miss Crawford County. Stone and her aunt moved out of New Jersey to New Jersey to start a modelling career in the year 1977. The two signed on with an agency called the Ford Modeling Agency after a short period of time. After that, she moved into Europe and spent an entire year living in Milan as well as Paris. However, Stone became disillusioned with the world of modeling within Europe which led her to pursue acting while in the country. Woody Allen starred in "Stardust Memories" that was a film with mixed reviews, at age twenty.
